Passionate about real estate in all its forms, Armand began his career in a value add investment fund in Poland, then at JLL in the commercial lease management department.
After completing his GESIIC Real Estate Masters at the Sorbonne, he joined MeilleureSCPI.com where he initiated the development of the DATA, CONSULTING & RESEARCH division (later to become Rock-n-Data) with the aim of studying general public real estate funds (SCPI, OPCI, SCI, SIICs, REITs, etc.) in order to support the managers of these funds in competitive monitoring, communication and comparative studies.
As an extension, he participated in the development of a new branch of innovative agency activity in commercial real estate by identifying opportunities and institutional investors using the data collected.
